SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages Florida Landlord Network sends about your service request and case updates. They do not change our Privacy Policy.

You Choose to Receive Texts

  • We send text messages only after you explicitly agree to receive them, using the checkbox on our service request form.
  • Agreeing to receive texts is completely optional — you can submit a service request without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Texts are limited to messages about your service request and case updates.

What We Send & How Often

  • Texts relate to your service request and case updates, such as status changes and requests for information we need to proceed.
  • Message frequency varies — we do not promise a fixed schedule or a set number of messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply, according to your wireless plan.

Opting Out & Getting Help

  • Reply STOP to any of our text messages to unsubscribe and stop receiving texts from us.
  • Reply HELP to any of our text messages for assistance.
  • You can also call us for assistance with your texts at 800-809-1530.

Your Mobile Number & Privacy

  • Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are not sold, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Our messaging provider handles delivery of our texts on our behalf.
  • For full details about how we use your information, see our Privacy Policy.
